We humans have a long history of eating bananas. They are believed to have been grown as an edible crap since at least 300 BC. This food has high levels of antioxidants and is also a great source of potassium and magnesium, which support heart health and your workouts. Here are a few healthy ideas for using them.
Make A Smoothie.
In addition to fiber, bananas contain insulin, a probiotic that supports digestive health.
Combine one scoop or 3 tablespoons of chocolate protein powder, one scoop or 3 tablespoons of peanut butter powder, one cup of almond milk or any other kind of milk you choose, and one ripe banana. If you’re really feeling it at one shot of espresso for flavor and/or 1 tablespoon of flaxseed meal. Remember in order to digest the flaxseed it’s got to be ground up. Blend it all together and enjoy it. If you don’t have protein and peanut butter powder substitute a half cup of Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup of any kind of milk, and one tablespoon of peanut butter, and a banana and blend.

Make this hydrating, vitamin C which treatment, which is also a mild exfoliate her due to the bananas fiber content.
Take the pup of one medium banana, about 7 inches long, ripe enough to have no green on it. Mash it with a fork and combine with 1 tablespoon honey. Massage it into your face. Let it sit for a minute or two. Then rinse it off and pat dry. Try this once a week.

Whether you have food sensitivities or you just need a sweet treat, this sensible dessert requires a few ingredients.
Peel, chop, and freeze two medium ripe bananas. Blend the frozen chunks with 1 to 2 tablespoons unsweetened coconut milk, and 1/8 teaspoon vanilla. Drizzle a little more liquid if you prefer a creamier texture. Optional, why don’t you add in 1 tablespoon of Matcha or cocoa powder? Or a few blueberries or strawberries? Or 1 tablespoon of dark chocolate chips for an indulgence?
